KARACHI, Aug 19: Three ships scheduled to load/offload cement and liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) were accommodated berths during the last 24 hours, said a PQA press release on Tuesday.

Seven ships, Maersk Novazzano, Christina, Leopard-B, Provider, ST Kitts, Long Fin and Hellenic Horizon, were busy in loading and unloading containers, cement, wheat, LPG, diesel oil and iron ore.

A cargo volume of 41,861 metric tons comprising 32,672 tons of import and 9,189 tons of export tonnage was handled.

Maersk Novazzano, Alabama Belle, Long Fin and ST Kitts sailed out.
