KARACHI: Hot weather persists

KARACHI, Sept 13: The heat wave continued its grip on the city on Saturday, though the mercury slightly climbed down as the Met office recorded the highest temperature at 41.7 degrees centigrade.

The minimum temperature was recorded at 28 degrees centigrade with humidity at 31 per cent.

The maximum temperature on Friday was 42.1 degrees centigrade.

Met forecasters said the weather on Sunday would remain hot and dry with the maximum temperature ranging between 39 and 40 degrees centigrade.
