HYDERABAD: Probe into test mess

HYDERABAD, Nov 7: The prime minister has taken notice of alleged irregularities and nepotism witnessed during the pre-admission test to MBBS classes and BDS courses on the complaint of PPP MNA Nawab Abdul Ghani Talpur. The test was conducted by the Liaquat University of Medical Sciences.

He directed the Standing Committee of the National Assembly on Health to investigate the matter.

According to Mr Talpur, the meeting of the Standing Committee would be held in Islamabad on November 8 under the chairmanship of Ms Mehreen Bhutto MNA. He said that he has been invited to attend the meeting and claimed of submitting proves of irregularities before the PM during a meeting.—Bureau
