HR award for Benazir

UNITED NATIONS, Dec 4: The Chairperson of Pakistan People’s Party, Mr Bilawal Bhutto-Zardari will come to New York on Sunday to accept the United Nations’ Human Rights Award given to his mother, former prime minister Benazir Bhutto, posthumously by the world body.

Pakistan’s Ambassador to the United Nations, Abdullah Husain Haroon told Dawn that Mr Bilawal Bhutto would receive the award on Dec 12 at the United Nations on behalf of his mother.—Correspondent
