RAWALPINDI, Dec 15: Chairman Pakistan Tehreek-i-Insaf Imran Khan on Monday said Pakistan should go to United Nations against India for its the baseless accusation against Pakistan involving it in the Mumbai terrorist attacks.

“India should provide solid proof or stop Pakistan bashing.”

He was talking to media persons near Committee Chowk after inaugurating the membership campaign for his party.

Imran Khan said India and Pakistan were both victim of terrorism and both should share intelligence to fight against terrorism. “If India believes that Pakistan is behind the Mumbai attack they should give some solid evidences that should be proved through court,” he added. The PTI leader said that Indian planes deliberately entered Pakistani airspace.

He said the UN should have thoroughly looked into the functioning of the charity organizations before declaring Jamaatud Dawa as terrorist outfit as only court could declare any organization or person terrorist.

Talking about Dr Afia's incarceration in American Jail Imran said he had condemned the act of previous Pakistani regime about handing over its citizen to USA.

He also condemned that the idea of declaring General retired Hamid Gul act as a terrorist by the UN.

Imran said the country lacked the leadership and this was the main reason that foreign investors had been unwilling to invest in Pakistan. This is serious matter and government should take notice of it, he added.

“I am pursuing the case against MQM leader Altaf Hussain in United Kingdom but Pakistani government is supporting him and the MQM leader has been encouraging violence in the name of checking so-called Talibanization of Karachi.

Commenting on judges issue he said, all political parities wanted free and fair judiciary in the country but when they came to the power they created hurdles for free judiciary. Problems of the country would increase more if all deposed judges including deposed chief justice Iftikhar Mohammad Chaudhry were not restored.
