MUZAFFARABAD, Jan 7: The newly elected Prime Minister of Azad Kashmir, Haji Sardar Muhammad Yaqoob Khan, has assured the people that he has committed himself to the mitigation of their misery.

Sardar Yaqoob said at a gathering after taking oath on Tuesday that he would give top priority to addressing the common man’s grievances.

The rehabilitation of people affected by the Mangla dam was also among his priorities, he added.

“I will visit the length and breadth of Azad Jammu and Kashmir and meet ordinary people in order to learn about their problems.”
