CNG rickshaw scheme for more cities

LAHORE, Jan 19: Chairman Chief Minister’s Task Force for Industrial Development and Managing Director of Punjab Small Industries Corporation, Yawar Irfan Khan, has said that the CNG rickshaw scheme will be extended to the divisional level soon to control environmental pollution.

Addressing a meeting of the directors and regional directors of the Punjab Small Industries Corporation here on Monday, he said the scheme had already been introduced in the provincial metropolis and would be launched at Gujranwala, Multan and Faisalabad in the near future.
