CHARSADDA, May 15: Three people were killed and three seriously injured in three incidents, here on Tuesday.

Khan Jan opened fire on Stana Gul in front of the Sessions Court, killing him instantaneously. Stana Gul was an accused in a murder case and was brought to the court by the police.

The police immediately arrested the killer and recovered the murder weapon.

Later, Khan Jan told Dawn in the police lockup that he did not feel any remorse over killing his enemy, who, according to him, had killed his brother two years back and was prepared for any punishment in this regard.

In the second incident, Israel was killed and Ajab Khan, Shershah and Ibrahim were injured in firing between two rival groups in Uthmanzai village.

Shah Jehan was killed by some unidentified persons in a chemist shop in Charsadda bazaar.

The police have registered a FIR of the deceased’s father, Gondal Khan, who told them that he was informed that his son was killed by three unidentified persons in a shop in the bazaar. He said they had no enmity with anyone. Police, after registering the case, have started investigations.
