KOHAT: 27 suspects held in Kohat

KOHAT, Feb 18: Police arrested 27 suspects, including five Afghan refugees, and recovered illegal arms from their possession during an operation on Wednesday in Kohat.

The operation was carried out in Mohammadzai, Jangle Khel, Bilitang, Kharmatu and Afghan refugees’ camps -- Ublan, Ghamkol, Jarma, Ghulam Banda, Chichanna and Naway Kalay.

The elite force and commandoes took part in the operation and raided suspected dens and captured five Afghan refugees illegally staying in the area along with 22 other criminals.
