CHAKWAL, Jan 18: Villagers caught a proclaimed offender in Shah Multani and handed him over to Saddar police on Sunday. The accused, Yousaf Abbas, had allegedly killed a man , Mohammad Jahangir, two years ago and since then hiding with his nephew at a farm.
On Sunday, a person, Mohammad Zaman, had a brawl with the accused, who opened fire on him. Nobody was injured during the scuffle, however, the sound of firing attracted the attention of people who caught the accused.
