HARIPUR, Feb 19: District Nazim Haripur Dr Raja Amir Zaman has banned the entry of 41 Ulema and Zakireen within the limits of the district during the month of Muharram.

According to an official notification the District Nazim has issued the orders under section 144, prohibiting assembly of five persons; delivering of any speech which may injure the belief or may incite feelings of any sect, community, or group, use of loudspeakers at any purpose except for Azan.

Ban was also imposed on wall chalking or inscription of slogans at public places. It also prohibited display and carrying of fire arms and other lethal weapons and aerial firing.

Those whose entry has been banned are: Maulana Abdul Hafiz Jhangvi, Maulana Mohammad Yousaf, Maulana Zia-ul-Qasim, Maulana Ali Sher Haidri, Maulana Abdul Salam, Maulana Mohammad Rabbani, Maulana Abdul Hadi, Maulana Luqman Ali, Maulana Abdul Hayat Abidi, Maulana Ghulam Hassan, Maulana Raza Hussain Shah, Maulana M. Ramzan Tauqeer, Maulana Mehmood Raza, Maulana Qameer Haider Javeed, Syed Raza Hussain Shah, Riaz Hussain Shah Naqvi, Imran Bukhari, Kifayat Hussain Naqvi, Qari Mohammad Aslam, Maulana Abdul Majeed, Syed Charaghudin, Maulana Ijaz Hussain Kazmi, Maulana Mohammad Salman, Maulana Daud Shah, Maulana Abdul Mahnan, Maulana Hafiz, Maulana Siddique, Maulana Abdul Ghafoor Qazi, Maulana Tayyab Medni, Maulana Mohammad Tahir, Maulana Mazhar Hussain, Maulana Mohammad Bashir, Zakir Hussain Tarak, Maulana Zulfiqar Ali Naqvi, Maulana Abdul Aziz Shah, Razaq Shah Naqvi, Maulana Javed Rashida, Professor Mazhar Hussain, Professor Mazhar Abid, Maulana Zahar, Fiaz Hussain Shah, Syed Hussain Ali Qazi and Ijaz Hussain Siddique. -APP
