DAMBULLA, Aug 24: Over a hundred under-privileged children were entertained for over three hours at a function organized by Pakistani artist and social worker Jimmy Engineer at a hotel here on Tuesday.

Six such programmes have been planned in different Sri Lankan cities. The first was organized in Negambo on Saturday, and the last programme of the series will be held in Colombo on Sept 4.

The children were overjoyed to see the entire Sri Lankan cricket team, which will play a match against South Africa on Wednesday and was staying in the hotel, dropped in to attend the function.
