LAHORE, Dec 6: Eight wickets haul by off-spinner Muhammad Hafeez helped Faisalabad beat Quetta by 82 runs in Quaid-i-Azam Trophy match at Iqbal Stadium, Faisalabad on Monday.

Hafeez conceded 57 runs as Quetta, set to score 307 to win, resumed their second innings at 61 for no loss. They were bundled out for 224 in 69 overs with overnight batsman Adil Nisar remaining top scorer with 71 (12 fours, 112 balls).

Hafeez, who had taken two wickets in the first innings for 30 runs completed a match-haul of 10 for 87 to play a key role in the win.
