Agarkar added to Indian squad

VISAKHAPATNAM, April 5: India on Tuesday recalled all-rounder Ajit Agarkar for the next two one-dayers of the ongoing six-match series against Pakistan.

Agarkar was added to the squad of 14 as cover for paceman Lakshmipathy Balaji, who sprained his rib while bowling during the second match here.

Agarkar, whose last one-day appearance was against Bangladesh at Dhaka in December, has taken 203 wickets in 134 matches.

India lead the series 2-0 with the remaining matches to be played in Jamshedpur (April 9), Ahmedabad (April 12), Kanpur (April 15) and New Delhi (April 17).
