KASUR: Passenger bus looted in Kasur

KASUR, Feb 8: Four bandits looted cash worth hundreds of thousands of rupees, gold ornaments and other valuables from passengers of a wagon near Wadana village on the Lahore-Kasur Road.

Reports said the vehicle (LXK-5515) was going to Lahore from Kasur. Near the DHQ Hospital, two alleged dacoits posing as passengers boarded the wagon. At Wadana Adda, two more outlaws boarded the vehicle. Near the Mustafabad Adda, 12km away from Kasur, all the four dacoits started looting passengers at gunpoint and managed their escape. Mustafabad police have registered a case.

BIKE LIFTED: Thieves took away a motorcycle from Changa Manga on Tuesday. Police said Ian Muhammad parked the bike (LRO-4188) outside his house. After some time he found the vehicle missing.

ABDUCTED: Five men allegedly abducted a girl here at Mustafabad. Police said Rafique along with four others entered the house of Waris, abducted his sister 'A' (15) at gunpoint and took away Rs15,000 and jewellery. Police have registered a case.
