DADU, March 2: The western part of Dadu district is facing drought-like condition for the last three years due to lack of rainfall and the residents are demanding a relief package for the area.

This was said by Dadu District Nazim Malik Asad Sikandar while talking to newsmen here on Sunday.

He said the district government had distributed wheat bags among some affected families but it could not provide facilities to all of the drought-affected people as the Sindh government had not provided the required funds under the financial award.
