Those kidnapped were identified as Ihsan Khuhawar, 23, Ali Hassan Khuhawar, 45, and Mureed Mirbahar.

A heavy contingent of the Gaji Khuhawar police is said to have gone after the kidnappers.

STUDENTS-BISE ROW: The Jeay Sindh Students Federation workers on Sunday staged a demonstration and observed a token hunger strike outside the local press club.

They were protesting against the alleged beating of the “peaceful” JSSF protestors by the employees of the Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education, Larkana.

On the other hand, the All Pakistan Clerks Association unit of the BISE, Larkana, observed a token hunger strike outside the board office to register their resentment against the JSSF workers’ alleged attack on the board office, beating up of the board’s employees and burning of the admission slips and office files.
