KCD South capture karate title

KARACHI, March 20: Imran Hashim, Muhammad Ramzan Ali and Samar Iqbal helped Karachi City District Karate Association South Zone to lift the Youm-e-Pakistan Inter District Sindh karate championship organized by Sindh Karate Association at Mehran Art Council, Hyderabad. District Sangar ended in second spot while Sukkur and Karachi Central finished third and fourth.

In Kata event Jawwad Iqbal Shirazi of Karachi East grabbed the gold with Abdul Khaliq Changezi representing Karachi West silver and Mirpurkhas the bronze. District Dadu, Khaipur, Hyderabad, Nawabshah, Karachi Malir, Nowshehro Firoz, Larkana, Shikarpur, Jacobabad, Badin and Umer Kot went pointless.—PPI.
