Sialkot police have chalked out a fool proof security plan to ensure peace, law and order and purge the district from crimes.

DSP City Sialkot Waseem Akhtar disclosed this, while talking to reporters at his office on Wednesday. He directed the police officials to make efforts to promote religious harmony, brotherhood and peace among the people, besides, ensuring law and order. He directed the police officials to launch an effective drive against the outlaws on emergency grounds to purge the district from the crimes and making it again a peaceful land.

He said that Rescue 15 system was being made more effective at police station level in the district on priority basis with an aim to ensure peace and quick response to public against the criminals involved in heinous crimes.

DSP City Sialkot Waseem Akhtar said that the illegal detention of the citizens and police torture on them is an intolerable offence and the police officials involved in such practices would be brought to task.
