RAWALPINDI, June 12: Special training is being given to about 400 lecturers of local colleges to acquaint them with the new syllabi.

The ten-day training started at the Government Gordon College and Government Postgraduate College for Women Satellite Town on Tuesday and will continue till 19th of this month.

The training is only for those science lecturers who are M Phil and PhDs. It is likely to be extended to humanities group as well.

There are 200 men and about 200 women lecturers and senior professors of local colleges taking part in the refresher course.
