MIRPURKHAS, Dec 7 The Minister of State for Railways, Faqeer Jadim Mangrio, said that steps were being taken to clear railway lands being occupied by encroachers and land mafia and hoped that Nawabshah-Mirpurkhas railway track would be revived.

Talking to reporters here on Sunday, Mr Mangrio said that the railway system of the country would be improved. Earlier, PML-Q workers accorded him warm welcome at Jamrao canal bridge.

GAS SUPPLY SUSPENDED Operations at a number of CNG stations remained suspended on Sunday reportedly due to low pressure. Officials of various gas stations told this correspondent that since Sunday morning pressure of gas remained very low and they were compelled to suspend their services.
