HYDERABAD, Jan 30 District Nazim Kanwar Naveed Jamil inaugurated the first-ever asphalt concrete plant in the interior of Sindh on Tando Mohammad Khan road here on Friday.

The plant is spread on 18 acres with asphalt concrete production capacity of 60 tons per hour and connected to a generator for uninterrupted operations during power breakdown, he said.

The area where plant is situated was outside the municipal limits and low-lying accumulated with dirty water, he said adding that now 300 acres more land had been acquired for setting up industries.
