LAHORE, March 4 All 25 probables attending the national hockey training camp at Lahore and PHF officials, went to the Liberty roundabout to pay tribute to those who lost their lives while defending the Sri Lankan cricket team from a terrorist attack on Tuesday.

The probables and the team officials offered Fateha and placed flowers on the spot.

Secretary PHF Asif Bajwa, Coach Shahid Ali Khan, Kamran Ashraf and players strongly condemned the attacks on the Sri Lankan team. It was a sad and unfortunate incident, which will seriously affect Pakistan sports in the future.

Six policemen and a driver Zafar of the private van, which was carrying the ICC match officials died on the spot.
