HYDERABAD, March 5 Zafar Rajput, district naib nazim and convener of Hyderabad Spring Flower Show-2009 scheduled to be held from March 13 to 15, has directed the conveners of sub-committees to submit their final financial requirements by March 6 and finalize arrangements 24 hours before the beginning of the show.

He was speaking at a meeting of the heads of sub-committees formed to organise the flower show in a befitting manner. DCO Aftab Ahmed Khatri, also the chairman of supervising committee, HDA Director-General Javed Junejo, also convener of supervising committee, Latifabad Taluka Nazim Sabir Hussain and others attended the meeting.

Mr Rajput directed the officers and the heads of the sub-committees to ensure proper arrangements for the flower show. He said availability of water and sand would be important for participating nurseries.

He said that positive response had been received from government, semi-government and autonomous bodies about their participation in the show.
