President Pakistan Wapda Hydro Electric Central Labour Union Abdul Latif Nizamani gave this advise while opposing the move of the utility of raising tariffs on and off. Instead of overburdening consumers, the utility should think of enabling them in making prompt payments by bringing down charges he said adding that this would also reduce pilferages.
