HYDERABAD, April 2 The All Sindh Education Department Lower Staff Association, Hyderabad chapter, has appealed to the Sindh chief minister and education minister to solve the problems of lower staff of education department.

Speaking at a news conference, a leader of the association, Mohammad Ismail Jatoi, said that hundreds of appointments had been made in the department throughout Sindh, including Hyderabad district, on political basis as a result the sons of the employees had been denied jobs under the job quota foe the sons of government employees.

They demanded the job quota for the sons of in-service and deceased employees be implemented, highly educated clerks be elevated to the post of teacher, contract employees be regularised and benevolent fund cases of the lower staff pending with the Hyderabad DCO be approved without further delay.
