HYDERABAD: Ban

HYDERABAD, May 5 District Nazim Hyderabad Kanwar Naveed Jamil, exercising powers under section 144 of CrPC, has banned plying of motorcycles by underage drivers and unauthorised/illegal motorcycle rental shops in the district to ensure smooth flow of vehicular traffic.

The nazim has authorized SHOs concerned to register cases under section 188 of the Pakistan Penal Code against those who are found violating the ban.
