CHENNAI (India), Aug 3 Egypt's Nour El Sherbini made history when she won the women's title in the World Junior squash championships at the age of 13.
The schoolgirl from Alexandria dispatched her compatriot, the fourth seed Nour El Tayeb, 5-11, 11-7, 11-6, 11-5 in 31 minutes.
In the men's final, 18-year-old Mohamed El Shorbagy from Egypt overpowered Malaysia's Ivan Yuen 11-9, 12-10, 11-2 in 36 minutes.—PPI
