GHOTKI Forty-six illegal foreign nationals have been arrested near the Sindh-Punjab border at Ubauro in Ghokti district on Wednesday, DawnNews reported.

According to Rangers officials, the 46 arrested are mostly Afghans and were on their way to Karachi from Peshawar.

The arrested also include women and children. They were not carrying any documents when intercepted by authorities.

All the arrested foreigners have been shifted to Ubauro police station.

On Tuesday, 21 foreigners including Tajiks, Uzbeks and Afghans were arrested from the same area. They will be presented before the court on Wednesday. — DawnNews
