GHOTKI At least seven people were killed and three others injured in a road accident near the upper Sindh town of Ghotki, DawnNews reported on Wednesday.

Hospital sources said the accident occurred when a passenger wagon and a truck collided near the Ghotki bypass.

The passenger vehicle was on its way from Sukkur when it met with the tragic accident.

All victims of the accident have been shifted to Taluka Hospital Ghotki.

Rescue operations are currently underway.
