KARACHI, Feb 10 The top two seeds suffered shock defeats at the hands of their respective opponents on the second day of the league in the 18th Sindh Cup snooker contest at a local parlour on Wednesday.

Unseeded Arif Rasheed humbled top seed Javed Ansari 50-42, 68-22, 60-37 while another unseeded Salman Sheikh stunned second seed Kamran Razzaq 3-1 the scores being 55-41, 39-59, 55-6, 71-18.

Azeem Yousuf, son of former world amateur snooker champion, also suffered second successive defeat on Wednesday. He had lost 2-3 to Waqas Malik on the opening day.
