SIALKOT, March 24 Small and Medium Enterprises Development Authority (Smeda) chairman Shahid Rashid has said that all channels are being utilised for redressing the problems being faced by the business community.
Speaking at an MoU singing ceremony between Smeda and Sialkot Chamber of Commerce and Industry here on Wednesday, he said in order to facilitate the business community, number of projects costing more than Rs2 billion were being executed by Smeda in various parts of the country.
The development work on Sialkot Business and Commerce Centre has picked pace and this multi-story building would be accomplished during next year costing Rs340 million, he added.
He said that the project of Sialkot Business Centre and Commerce Centre has been undertaken on public-private partnership.
Development work on Sports Industries Development Centre (SIDC) costing Rs435 million is in full swing.—APP
