LARKANA, Aug 19: The change of polling stations in PS-37 and NA-207, Larkana District, will create problems for the voters, particularly female voters.

In a communication to the chief election commissioner, Anwar Bhutto, Khan Bahadur Ghulam Mustafa Abro, and Aijaz Ahmed Leghari from union councils Banguldero, Jummo Agham, and Garhi Khuda Bakhsh Bhutto respectively pointed towards this situation on Monday.

They said that the new polling stations were quite far from the main villages, which could not only adversely affect the voters turnout but also deprive voters of their right of franchise.

The female voters of Khohri Deh will cast their votes at Ghulam Qadir Dakhan and the male voters will cast their votes at another polling station called the ‘regulator’.

Similarly, the female voters of Panjo Kanaro Deh and Wasan Jeho will cast their votes in Wassand Jeho.
