Coach Khawaja Junaid said that all the 27 probables of the camp reported to him on Friday. The trials to shortlist the final team of 16 players, he added, will most probably be held on July 28. The games are being held in Singapore from August 14 to 26.
Pakistan qualified for the games as champions of Asia. Australia as champions of the Australasia region, Belgium of Europe, Chile of South America and Ghana of Africa with hosts Singapore as the sixth team of the event.
Junaid, a former Olympian said that the boys were motivated and after featuring in the indoor tournament in Malaysia this month, they were in fine form as well.
He said that even though his team could not tour Europe for the preparations, the activity in Malaysia helped him assess the team's strength.
