LAHORE, Sept 2: Seventeen matches were decided on the first day of the Lahore City junior squash championship for Boys at the Punjab Squash Complex on Monday.

Results: Zarak Khan bt Sharjeel Ali (2-0); Tayyab bt Qamaruddin 2-0; Ahmad Amin bt Jehanzeb 2-0; Hammad Farid bt Ziauddin 2-0; Asif Mehmood bt Naqsoh Shahid 2-0; Asher Riaz bt Atif Qayyum 2-1; Faizan Butt bt Wajid Ali 2-0; Muhammad Bilal bt Khalid Khan 2-1; Shahzer bt Bilal Qayyum 2-1; Haroon Samad bt Imran Khan 2-0; Moin Rauf bt Kashif Ali 2-0; Azhar Farid bt Hasan Arif 2-0; Farid bt Hassan Asif 2-0; Adeel Asgher bt Kazim Raza 2-0. Babar Ghafoor, Noor Ali and Khalid Mehboob got byes against their respective rivals.
