ISLAMABAD, Oct 21 The Election Commission of the Pakistan restored on Thursday the membership of 48 lawmakers of the National Assembly and four of provincial assemblies after they submitted statements of assets and liabilities.

The lawmakers whose membership was restored include 13 members of the National Assembly and 35 members of provincial assemblies of Punjab, Sindh, Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa and Balochistan.

The MNAs whose membership has been restored are Noor Alam Khan, NA-3 (Peshawar-III); Muhammad Kamran Khan, NA-40 (Tribal Area-V); Malik Bilal Rehman, NA-36 (Tribal Area-I); Chaudhry Saeed Iqbal, NA-81 (Faisalabad-VII); Sahibzada Muhammad Mehboob Sultan, NA-91(Jhang-VI); Chaudhry Tassaduq Masud, NA-100 (Gujaranwala-VI); Umer Sohail Zia Butt, NA-126 (Lahore-IX); Chaudhry Naseer Ahmed Bhutta, NA-127 (Lahore-X); Sardar Muhammad Irfan Dogar, NA-134 (Sheikhupura cum Nankana Sahib-II); Muhammad Akhtar Khan Kanju, NA-155 (Lodhran-II); Chaudhry Ifthikar Nazir, NA-159 (Khanewal-IV); Muhammad Moazam Ali Khan Jatoi, NA-179 (Muzzafarghar-IV); and Roshan Din Junejo, NA-236 (Sanghar-II).

The restored MPAs of Punjab Assembly are Malik Ghulam Raza, PP-13 (Rawalpindi-XIII); Ijaz Ahmed Kahloon, PP-34 (Sargodha-VII); Mehr Sultan Sikandar Bharwana, PP-76 (Jhang IV); Haji Mian Muhammad Azam Chela Sial, PP-82 (Jhang-X); Haji Muhammad Ishaq, PP-85 (Toba Tek Singh-II); Mian Muhammad Rafiq, PP-90, (Toba Tek Singh-VII); Ghulam Habib Awan, PP-158 (Lahore-XXII); Muhammad Khurrum Gulfam, PP-162 (Sheikhupura); Malik Ali Abbas Khokhar, PP-192 (Okara-VIII); Malik Muhammad Aamir Dogar, PP-198 (Multan-V); Muhammad Akram Khan Kanjoo, PP-208 (Lodhran); Shahzad Saeed Cheema, PP-224 (Sahiwal-V); Malik Ahmed Yar Hiraj, PP-251 (Muzaffarghar-I); Choudhary Ehsanul Haq Ahsan Nolatia, PP-253 (Muzaffarghar-III); Shehzad Rasool Khan, PP-260 (Muzaffarghar-X);

The women MPAs on reserved seats whose membership has been restored are Nafisa Amin, Fouzia Behram, Maiza Hameed, Kiran Dar, Mehmooda Cheema, Nargis Faiz Malik, Dr Faiza Asghar, Fariha Nayab, Tayaba Zameer and Ms Shagufta Sheikh.

The restored MPAs of Sindh are Muhammad Akram, PS-45 (Hyderabad-I); Akhtar Hussain Jadoon, PS-89 (Karachi-I); Mrs Ruksana Parveen elected on a reserved seat and Mukesh Kumar elected on a seat reserved for minorities.

Three members of the Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa Assembly whose membership has been restored are Muhammad Alamgir Khalil, PF-6 (Peshawar-VI); Fazal Shakoor Khan, PF-17 (Charsadda-I); Shakeel Bashir Umerzai, PF-19 (Charsadda-III).

The Balochistan Assembly MPA whose membership has been restored is Zahoor Ahmed, PB-49 (Kech-II).
