MIR ALI: Pakistani intelligence officials say a suspected US unmanned aircraft fired four missiles at a house in northwestern Pakistan, killing at least six people.

The officials say Sunday's attack occurred in Khaddi village in North Waziristan, part of Pakistan's semiautonomous tribal area near the Afghan border that is teeming with militants.

The officials said three of those killed were militants while the rest were locals harboring them. They spoke on condition of anonymity because they were not authorised to talk to the media. – AP
