KARACHI, Feb 10: The National Bank of Pakistan (NBP), Karachi Port Trust (KPT) and Sindh Government Press (SGP) also reached the semi-finals of the fifth All-Pakistan NBP Football League at the Colony Sports Football Ground here on Thursday.

The NBP edged out HESCO 1-0 with the decider coming through Waseem Nadir in the 38th minute.

The KPT beat Pakistan Steel 4-1 on penalty kicks after the goalless scoreline during regulation time. Zafar Majeed, Jamaluddin, Mohammad Baloch and Naveed Ahmed utilised the penalties for the KPT while Mohammad Aslam did the same for Pakistan Steel.

Finally, another goalless draw saw the decision coming from penalty kicks in the SGP and Pak Hazara encounter. The SGP outplayed Pak Hazara 4-1 when Imdad Ali, Asif Senior, Sabir Baloch and Imran Baloch converted the penalty kicks for them while Pak Hazara got their goal through Mohammad Ali. —Sports Reporter
