RAWALPINDI: Over 100 suspects were arrested during a police-led search operation in Rawalpindi on Saturday, DawnNews reported.

The suspects were arrested during a house-to-house search operation in the city's Sadiqabad area.

Police said most of the suspects were arrested for not possessing their national identity cards.

Police further said that Saturday's operation was related to the recent search operations carried out in the city regarding the presence of an alleged terrorist.
