LARKANA, March 19: The four-day festival titled “Our Larkana: the city of Benazir” concluded here on Satur- day with a walk from the Sukarno Memorial to the press club.

Various people participated in the walk led by Sindh Assembly speaker Nisar Ahmed Khuhro, provincial Law Minister Ayaz Soomro and DCO Abdul Aleem Lashari.

On Friday evening, an all Pakistan was held at Arts Council. Prominent poets from all over the country read out their poetry and paid glowing tributes to Zulifkar Ali Bhutto, Benazir Bhutto and people of Larkana for their remarkable services and struggle. Prominent among them were Mahmood Sham, Sarwar Javed, Baba Najmi, Aslam Gurdaspuri Shahmsher-ul-Hyderi, Muslim Shameem, Maryam Majeedi and Bakhshan Mehranvi.
