SUKKUR, March 31: Jeay Sindh Qaumi Mahaaz Chairman Bashir Khan Qureshi has said that the rulers have handed over five big cities of Sindh, Karachi, Hyderabad, Sukkur, Mirpurkhas and Nawabshah to non-Sindhis.
He said during a visit to Khanpur Mahar and Ghotki on Thursday that under a conspiracy, Sindhi people were being converted into a minority.He said that it was a matter of great concern for Sindhis as m millions were facing very difficult times in the wake of last year's floods.
The flood-affected people who had been living on protective bunds since the super flood levelled their homes last year might miss population census and the government had not done anything for their rehabilitation.
He said that how could the rulers who had not even arrested killers of Benazir Bhutto do something for people.
He advised Sindhi people to get united and wage struggle for their rights. He demanded for the distribution of resources on the basis of population.

Armed thieves killed a man when he tried to stop them from stealing away his buffaloes from his home in Phull Darah village near Ghotki late on Wednesday.
Reports said that Rahib Pitafi challenged the thieves when he saw them taking away his cattle. The thieves opened fire on him and killed him on the spot, leaving behind cattle heads.
