 KARACHI: At least 74 illegal immigrants including Afghanis, Bangladeshi and Pakistani nationals were arrested near Pasni, Balochistan on Tuesday.

According to an official announcement of Pakistan Coast Guards (PCG), a joint operation was conducted by PCG and a team of FIA at Badoke Check Post near Pasni.

During the operation, the law enforcement agencies arrested 40 Afghans and 4 Bangladeshis along with 30 Pakistanis. The statement read that the men were trying to cross the border without valid documents. All detainees have been handed over to FIA Immigration authorities for further investigation.
