May Allah make it easy for him in the hereafter !!!!!!!!
He was definitely the best actor Pakistan has ever produced and his talent will not be matched anytime soon. I'm deeply saddened and I'm sure most of the Pakistani community across the world shares this sentiment. He was the one actor, one performer, one comedian, who always created new personas and consistently put smiles on the viewers faces.
May Allah ease the pain of loss on his family and friends. Ameen

SIR MOIN AKHTAR. A true iconic legend, the pride of Pakistan, a multi-talented artist and a super star of entertainment industry will be missed dearly. I request the government of Pakistan, the ministry of Arts & culture and as well the Artist Association of Pakistan to honor Moin Akhtar with the title of "SIR". It would seem odd to quote Elton John here but we can say the same about Moin Akhtar that"'your candle burned out long before, your legend ever will"...

Words can't describe him. He was above everything. We can't say what he was and what he did for us. We won't find anyone like him around us. Let us pray that his family is able to bear this painful loss and may allah rest his soul in peace. I can't return for the happiness that i ever gathered from watching his shows or will watch in the future. I can only pray for him and will do so till the rest of my life.
His legend and gifts of happiness will remain with us forever.

I was really shocked by the news that Moin Akhtar passed away. I am a fan of his comedy, acting, and whatever he did during his span of life.
By chance yesterday I was watching a vedio, in which he interviewed Dilip Kumar, i think its in Dubai.
Anyhow, its a great loss to PTV and Urdu Speaking people, and Artists in general. His compatriate are Bushra Ansari, and Anwar Maqsud. We have to take out as much out of them as much possible. They are mountains of art, and mines of are. Extract as much as you can.
Pray with Allah for rest of soul in paradise.
