KARACHI, April 24: Olympian Ahmed Alam, chief coach of Karachi under-19 hockey team, on Sunday announced the names of players for the Karachi U-19 team to feature in the Junior Super Hockey League to be played at the National Hockey Stadium in Lahore from April 27 to May 8.
The 19-member team leaves for Lahore by train at 3.30pm on Monday. Team: Goalkeeper: Mujahid.
Fullbacks: Junaid Aslam, Mohammad Arshad, Abrar Khan.
Halfbacks: Mohammad Ali, Taufiq Ahmed, Fahad Khan, Nayar Haider.
Forwards: Zuhaib Khan, Salman Khan, Yasir Ghafoor, Annas Furqan, Asad Hussain, Ahmed Zubair, Sohail Abbas Jr, Munhil Niazi, Sajeer Ahmed, Mohammad Faizan, Mohammad Wahab.
