LAHORE: Four more matches were decided in the third PHF Junior Super Hockey League at the National Hockey Stadium here on Monday.
Faisalabad bulldozed Quetta 17-0 after establishing 7-0 lead in the first half.
For the winners, Ghulam Abbas (2nd, 29th minutes), M. Rizwan (4th, 42nd min) M. Adnan Anwar (6th, 33rd), Waseem Ahmed (14th), Waqas Hameed (18th), Bilal Qadir (46th, 51st), Dilber Hussain (53rd, 63rd), M. Asad (54th), Mohsin Sabir (57th), Mudassar Ali (60th, 61st) and M. Asif (67th) were the scorers.
Three-goal Mohammad Sabir helped Sialkot beat Peshawar 8-4, after leading the first half 4-0.
Sabir struck in the 12th, 14th and 61st minutes, while Mohammad Suleman added two goals in the 49th and 60th minutes. Mohammad Umar (34th), Shaharyar Sial (56th) and Kamran Asif (20th) were the other scorers.
For Peshawar, Karim Khan (44th, 69th), Samiullah (42nd) and Mohammad Bilal (62nd) were the scorers. Multan carved out 2-0 win against Lahore.
Both the goals were struck in the first half.
Osama opened the account in the 16th minute while Hafiz Zohaib (35) added one goal.
A match-winning goal by captain Ahmed Zubair guided Karachi to 2-1 win against PHF Academy.
The losing side took the lead through Daud Khalid in the 19th minute, which remained in tact till the first half. After resumption, Mohammad Yasir Ghafoor fired the equaliser in the 34th minute, before Zubair struck the winner in the 37th minute.
