HYDERABAD, May 7: Fine bowling by leg-spinner Mohsin Khan guided Hyderabad to a resounding 217-run win over Mirpurkhas in the U-19 Inter-district Cricket Tournament here at the Niaz Stadium on Friday.

Mohsin ended the match with 11 wickets for 36 runs.

Hyderabad declared their innings at 339-5 on the first day as skipper Babar Khan and Rehman Zeb hit centuries. Babar scored hit unbeaten 153 and Zeb made 137. Mohammad Salim took 2-42.

On Friday, Mirpurkhas were dismissed for 105 had to face follow-on. Mohsin took five wickets for 27. In the second innings, Mirpurkhas were bundled out for just 17 in 13 overs with Mohsin taking six for nine runs.

Hyderabad face Badin in their second match on Sunday at the same venue.
