KARACHI, June 3: Naib Amir of Jamaat-i-Islami Prof Ghafoor Ahmed has urged the people to join the JI sit-in in large numbers and make it clear that policies of the present government have added to their miseries.

The sit-in is being held on M.A. Jinnah Road near the Tibet Centre on Saturday from 4pm till midnight and on Sunday at the same venue between 4pm and 7pm. Speaking at a press conference on Friday, Prof Ghafoor said that the people wanted a change in the country.—Staff Reporter
