KARACHI, June 22: Allahdad Mohammadan Malir and Lyari Brothers excelled in the All-Karachi Founders of Baloch Mujahid Football Tournament at the Baloch Mujahid Stadium here on Tuesday.

Allahdad Mohammadan Malir defeated Clifton Ghazi Club 2-1. Both the goals for the winners were scored by Mohammad Hanif (51st and 53rd mins) while Hayat Khan (30th min) reduced the margin for Clifton Ghazi.

In the other match, Lyari Brothers beat Malir Centre 4-2 on penalty kicks after the score line remained drawn at 1-1 during regulation time. Lyari Brothers scored first through Anwer Ali (51st min) and Ghulam Rasool (42nd min) restored parity for Malir Centre. Later, Lyari Brothers got ahead thanks to two great penalty kick saves by their goalkeeper Saqib Ahmed during the tie breaker.
