QUETTA: Police launched a search operation to find 17 girls who escaped from Quetta’s Darul Aman shelter on Saturday night, DawnNews reported.

The Darul Aman administration has filed a report of the incident.

According to the police investigation the girls escaped by cutting open window grills and jumping off the walls. The building is located at Brewery Raod in Quetta.   Police have launched a search operation to locate the escapees but have not been successful so far.   Earlier, 13 girls had also escaped from Quetta’s Darul Aman but majority of them were arrested and sent back to the shelter.
