SOS from Sanghar

Published September 24, 2011

HEAVY rains recently have badly affected Sindh, especially its Sanghar district. My village, Karim Dino Wassan, is located near Shahoo canal. This canal is in poor condition. If it breaches, it will not only inundate our village but also 20 other villages and crops on thousands of acres.

As far as relief is concerned, no one comes here to help us. It is time the government machinery, as well as others, sent help for improving the condition of the canal.
